Original User Flow

Original User Flow

Initially, I was given a user flow by the developers as a guide for my designs. However, with such minimal detail, it created a gap in my communication with the developers and the wireframes they were looking for.

Updated User Flow

By creating a detailed user flow, I could paint a better picture for our users and my team. I realized that instead of placing an extra step by having users type in their employee ID, they could just use their work email. I saw that eliminating the employee ID would also ensure those who are freelancing or even students could use our platform and not be faced with the barrier of having to be a part of a company.
